Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: September 4, 1990 <br />Subject: 1556 Gerald Nelson, 1629 Bohn's Point Road <br />Variance - Resolution <br />At the August 27th Council meeting, members accepted applicant's <br />amended proposal that proposes removal of approximately 60 s.f. of <br />existing paved hardcover within the driveway area and the removal of <br />approximately 200 s.f. of landscape area underlain with porous fabric <br />in exchange for. approximately 65 s.f. of new structural hardcover to <br />be placed over existing non-structural hardcover. Council members <br />accepted the hardships set forth by the applicant in his letter of <br />August 21, 1990. <br />Council conceptually approved the variance application and <br />directed staff to draft the appropriate resolution for action at their <br />September loth meeting. The enclosed resolution is presented for <br />Council's review and action. <br />
