<br />GENERAL PROVISIONS
<br />1. This permit is permissive only and shall not release the permitter from any liability nr obligation imposed by Minnesota Statutes, Federal

<br />law.

<br />dimensions, capacity or location of any items of work authorised h-reundor.
<br />5. The permitter shall grant access to the site at all reaxirtable times during :end after construction to authorized representatives of the
<br />Commissic-or of Natural Resources for inspection of the work authorized hereunder.
<br />6. This Permit may be terminated by the Cam•nissionm of Natural Resources, without notice, at any time he deems it nocessary for the
