The <br />applicant has been informed of the problem. At <br />-his meeting, Council will be acting on a preliminary <br />plat approval. <br />Commission members did not wish to connect the <br />perking violations of the Ward property with the <br />subdivision application. I would still recorwriend <br />that Council direct staff to work out a safer off- <br />street parking use with the applicant. <br />Planning Cornmission'Meeting - July 21, 1980 <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />lot line realign:�1,!nt subdivision of Stephen Ward <br />based on the following findings: <br />1. Correct existing setback problems for the <br />principal and accessory structure <br />2. Division will not create setback variances <br />for Major's property <br />3. Applicant may now maintain his property and <br />structures without encroaching on neighbor's <br />property <br />based on the following conditions: <br />1. That the smaller parcel, legally described <br />on the Certificate of Survey, be combined <br />with the Ward property <br />2.
