�I. <br />LICENSE AGREEIMENT <br />PERMISSION TO OCCUPY REAL ESTATE <br />_._CITY 0- <br />1-AL-- <br />Agreement made this day day of _ �'��-�I 1983, <br />between Gerald M. Blohorn, 1595 Bohns Point Road, Wayzata, <br />Minnesota 55391, herein called Licensor, and William J. Ulrich, <br />1535 Bohns Point Road, Wayzata, Minnesota 55391, herein called <br />Licensee. <br />In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />The Licensee desire:: to constr::ct a retaining wall along <br />the shoreline of his prcperty on Lake Minnetonka. Said shoreline <br />is situated in a laqoon on which Licensor also owns shoreline <br />property.
