That <br />standard easement was 5' either side of the lot division line, <br />and did not fol low any established drainageway, but was merely <br />intended to provide a functional corridor for utilities while <br />serving no immediate drainageway purpose, given the general <br />topography of the site. <br />Given that no utility or drainage purpose is currently served by <br />the existing easement, it is appropriate as part of this <br />replattinq process to vacate the existing drainage and utility <br />easement along the interior division line, in exchange for the <br />granting of a similar easement along the re -platted lot lines. <br />
