City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Paul & <br />Virginia <br />Bc1,ke is hereby <br />granted by <br />the Council o" <br />the City of Orono <br />and that <br />the portion of <br />dedicated <br />drainage and <br />utility easement <br />legally <br />described :Ihove <br />is ,iereay <br />vacated. The <br />granting of the <br />petition <br />is subject to f^I'Lowing <br />conditions: <br />1. As part of the replat of the plat of Brooks Green, the <br />applicants shall grant new drainage and utility easements 5' <br />either side of interior lot lines. <br />2. This resolution shall be filed only after Council approval of <br />the final plat of Brooks Green. <br />Adopted by City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held April 27, 1987. <br />James R.
