MINUTES OF TUB REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD APRIL 13, 1987 <br />LICENSES <br />Regarding the Special. F,vent, marathon race license <br />application, Councilmember Peterson questioned the fact <br />that the General Liability insurance coverage is <br />"pending" according to the application. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson stated that the actual <br />license will not be effective until the Certificate of <br />Insurance is received. <br />It was moved by Acting Mayor Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to approve the following <br />licenses: <br />Special Event - <br />One-half marathon foot race - Wayzata to <br />Excelsior Easy Race VII - By the Bank Wayzata & <br />The Bank Excelsior - May 3, 1987 - Approximate <br />time 9:00-10:00 A.M. <br />Septic System Installer - McCarty Water & Way+e <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />BI I.LS * <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Counc I member Peterson, to approve payment of the Al <br />Funds ccounts.
