Per Minnesota Rule <br />7080.2450, maintenance of your septic system must be done regularly, but no less than every three years. <br />Maintenance of your septic system includes a pumping of the septic tanks and while empty, a tank assessment to <br />ensure the tanks are not cracked or leaking. <br />Our records indicate your septic system at 1640 Fox Street was last maintained on 12/2/2022. This letter is a <br />reminder that your system is due for maintenance. A list of licensed maintainers who can perform the tank <br />pumping and assessment can be found on the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's website at <br />https//www.pca.state.mn.us/water/ssts-search. Once on the SSTS search page, add Hennepin County and click <br />Maintainer. <br />After your system has been maintained, the maintenance/pumping report must be sent to the City within 30 days <br />of service as required by Minnesota Rule 7083.0770 and City Code Section 58-73. If you feel you have received <br />this letter in error, please call your septic maintainer and have them send the maintenance/pumping report to <br />the City of Orono.
