Structural lot coverage variance for a <br />structure of 1,673 square feet when 1,500 would be allowed. Setback variances to allow <br />a front setback of 30 feet when 50 feet is required, side setbacks of 6.0 feet and 11.3 feet <br />when 30 feet is required and a rear setback of 34 feet when 50 feet is required. <br />Hardcover variances to allow 27.31 percent hardcover in the 75-250 foot zone when 25 <br />percent is allowed and 50.92 percent hardcover in the 250 -500 foot zone when 30 <br />percent is allowed. <br />All persons wishing to be heard are encouraged to attend this meeting.
