Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance approval <br />expires one year after date of approval. A building permit must be obtained no later than August 28, <br />2007. <br />The applicants' next meeting is confirmed as -Monday, September 11, 2006 for final Resolution <br />approval.
