4 <br /> gip 0 <br /> 416 <br /> ,r • CITY of ORONO <br /> v4o•w. `�A 1l� .�G•~ RESOLUTION OF•THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> o.91 NO, 6053 <br /> TRANSFE RED <br /> IAIEPMCOUNTY TAXPAYEFI.SERVICES <br /> DEC 01 2011A RESOLUTION <br /> 'AMENDING RESOLUTION:NO.5648 <br /> �,.,: FILE NO. 07-3300 <br /> �!�/ter/ ..401,•.•,. _- <br /> WHEREAS, on August .13, 2007 the City Council of the•City of Orono, <br /> Minnesota adopted.Resolution No. 5648 entitled "A Resolution Granting Subdivision of a Lot. <br /> Line Rearrangement for Properties Located at 290 & 315 Woodhill Road- File No. 07-3300"; <br /> • and <br /> WHEREAS, Condition 2 of Resolution No. 5648 states, "The aforesaid division <br /> shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br /> Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on or before January 13, 2008 together with a <br /> certified copy of this resolution.'; and <br /> WHEREAS,'Condition 4 of Resolution No. 5648 states, "The approval granted <br /> by this resolution shall expire if the division and combination has not been filed by the date <br /> • specified above.
