<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Project Narrative: <br />The goal of this project is to replace a failing concrete retaining wall with a more secure and <br />permanent material, granite boulder outcroppings. The granite boulders are not only a better <br />structural material for this wall replacement, but they also match aesthetically with the existing <br />retaining walls on neighboring properties. <br />The existing concrete retaining wall will be demo-ed and disposed of off-site. The new proposed <br />granite boulder wall will be constructed in accordance with the engineering specifications detailed <br />out by Criterium-Schimnowski Engineers. <br />The replacement of the failing concrete retaining wall is crucial to protect the hillside from eroding <br />into Lake Minnetonka. <br />Sincerely, <br />Lincoln Danforth
