Please <br />review the resolution and contact Jeanne Mabusth (473-7357) if you have any questions. The <br />enclosed resolution shall be presented for Council's formal action at their meeting of June 28th. <br />As you are already aware, three members of the Council were polled via the telephone on <br />Tuesday, June 22nd, and approved staff's request to issue a permit prior to Council's formal <br />action on your conditional use permit. Your application will be placed on the consent agenda <br />which will be acted on with one vote by the Council at the first part of the meeting. Consent <br />agenda items will involve no discussion except if a member of the Council or applicant wishes <br />to remove the item from the consent agenda. <br />Application #1839 involving hardcover variances for proposed improvements to the <br />existing residence shall be presented to the Council on July 12, 1993 and an approval resolution <br />will be sent to you prior to the meeting for your review and comment. <br />ch
