CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />3,20,-. NO. ~ c:: (:~ <br />dated June 1993 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Erosion control to be maintained on property before any land alterations <br />commence and to be maintained until ground cover is restored. <br />2. Upon application for a buiiding permit, applicant shall provide a landscape <br />schedule for plantings that will provide a buffer for block walls to minimize <br />impact upon the lakeshore view. Applicant shall plant vines adjacent to <br />foundation of concrete block patio at bluff of lakeshore bank. The existing <br />planter box at the bluff of the bank shall be removed as a result of the installation <br />of these retaining walls. <br />3. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the owner, <br />but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a land alteration <br />permit within one year of the date of Council approval or this <br />variance/conditional use permit will expire on that date (June 28, 1994). <br />4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the te1ms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5.
