Owens <br />1700 Bohn' s Point Road <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION: Variance <br />-------------------------------------------- <br />DATE OF MEETING: 6/21/93 VOTE: 5 FOR 1 AGAINST <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the application as proposed subject <br />to the removals of hardcover as shown on the improvement plans. <br />At the meeting, applicant noted an additional 4' plastic area to be removed which was <br />not shown on the plans. Please submit a revised site plat locating area and amount of hardcover <br />so that hardcover facts can be adjusted. This may be faxed to the Zoning office no later than <br />Tuesday, July 6, 1993. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed at the City Council on July 12, 1993. <br />Please note meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. <br />An approval resolution will be sent to you prior to the meeting based on the findings and <br />conditions noted in the Planning Commission recommendation. If you have any questions <br />concerning statements made in the resolution, please contact Jeanne Mabusth prior to the Council <br />meeting. <br />lsv
