Staff will <br />send you a copy of these standards as soon as the City <br />Engineer submits his report. <br />You will receive prior notice if staff is able to prepare <br />the required resolution for the May 27th meeting. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the City's standard Developer's <br />Agreement for your review and use. Please include only the <br />following improvements under the developers agreement.: <br />1. removal of all excess soils not to be used in final <br />grading - determine what has ro be removed from site. <br />2. preparation of entire uis`urbed area for planting <br />3. estimate cost of seed or sod for entire disturbed area. <br />The letter of credit or bond should co 150% of the costs <br />of the specific improvements noted above. If you choose to go <br />with a bond, I have enclosed the standard Mond form used by the <br />City. <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional <br />information, please contact the Zoning Department (473-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning <br />Commission minutes, they ary available from the City Recorder or <br />City Clerk after review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br />
