Schmittt & <br />Assiciates. ULRICH <br />•35 i 1595 BOHN'S POINT ROAD <br />.:LASS I SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />SECOND REVIEW <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth explained the request for a <br />lot line rearrangement - Parcel A 4.97 acres and Parcel <br />B 2.67 acres - both parcels satisfy the LR-lB lot <br />standards. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Taylor, to <br />recommend approval of the Class I Subdivision of a Lot <br />Line Rearrangement as proposed subject to the following <br />staff recommendations: <br />1. Grant conservation and flowage easement over pond <br />and drainageway areas to be designated as drainage <br />easements on the plat. <br />2. Removal of 207 s.f. of hardcover within the 75- <br />250' setback area within Parcel B. <br />4 <br />
