March 21, 1986 <br />Mr. Mark Bernhardson <br />City Administrator <br />City of Orono <br />1335 Brown Road S. <br />Orono, Minnesota 55323 <br />Dear Mr. Bernhardson, <br />As you know, my wife and I are building a home at 1535 Bohn's Point Road. <br />Presently, our pending request before the City is to perms, us to adjust the <br />lot line between our homesite and the adjacent property which we also own. <br />Before final action is taken on this request, we are meeting with members of <br />the neighborhood on Wednesday, March 26, 1986, at 7:00 p.m. at the Arts <br />Center, 2240 North Shore Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to explain <br />our home project and our requests to the City, and hopefully, to dispel some <br />of the disquieting rumors which have developed. <br />We will have Mr. Jim Robin, our landscape architect, and Mr. John Noble, <br />our project coordinator, present to explain our plans and to answer questions. <br />While we will be pr.ecenting this information to the City in the future at <br />both Planning Commission and City Council sessions, we would like to extend <br />an invitation to you to attend this meeting. <br />It would be helpful to us if you would RSVP by calling John Noble at 541-9344 <br />Ext. 560.
