40 <br />Based on <br />specifically <br />one riparian <br />City of OR,ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _ 1987 <br />the lot width standard for lakeshore lots, <br />the LR-1B district, this property qualifies for <br />lot. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays cf the month: <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the forin of two (2) myl.ar copies and <br />(three (3) mylars if property is t.orrens property) and one (1) <br />additional copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary plat drawings by <br />Coffin and Gronberg, Inc. dated December 9, 1985. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of <br />internal property lines. <br />c) Designate drainageway and pond area as drainage ease- <br />ments. Minimum width of drainage easement is 151. <br />d) Shoreline of Lake Minne'Conka. <br />2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. A11 owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest indicated <br />therein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected <br />by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Executed Conservation and Flowage F.ase:.}ent (see sample <br />attached); legal description to be f i l le.l out as fol iows: <br />"as shown as the drainage easements appearing on the plat of <br />(Plat name), Hennepin County, Minnesota" <br />3.
