Although <br />I understand that the manufacturer claims no impact to <br />overlying ice thickness, we are concerned about <br />liability. We therefore encourage redesign of the <br />outlet system to the lagoon area where there will be <br />less chance of public use of the lake surface. <br />Thank you for your consideration of these matters.
