On the survey you provided me, the shed scales off to just <br />about 33' from the centerline of West Ferndale as of 1964. If the shed is determined to be totally out <br />of the dedicated right -of way, my guess is that it would not have to be removed; if it encroaches into <br />the right-of-way, that will be an item for discussion. <br />Please feel free to call me or Zoning Administrator Paul Weinberger (249-4600) if you have aay <br />questions.
