1� • <br /> I O� _ <br /> O O <br /> �� - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> �� G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> t9kESH�4� NO. � .� �.� � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> VARIANCES TO <br /> Mi1NICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 2 AND <br /> SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (L)(2) <br /> FILE #2409 <br /> WHEREAS, Gedney Tuttle and Emily Anne Tuttle (hereinafter "the applicants") <br /> are owners of the property located at 1225 Shoreline Drive within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> All that part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision Number 169, Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br /> and accretions and relictions thereto and all that part of Government Lot 2, Section 2, <br /> Township 117 North, Ran?e 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on August 17, 1998, at which times all persons desiring to <br /> be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (L)(2) to permit <br /> the construction of a storage shed increasing the hardcover to 46.4% in the 75-250' lakeshore <br /> setback where 25% is allowed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
