The City <br />will not issue a Temporary Certificate <br />of Occupancy (Temp CO) for new <br />homes during the growing season <br />from May 1st to November 1st. <br />Issuance of a Certificate of <br />Occupancy requires all permits <br />associated with the project to be <br />finaled and an as-built survey <br />approved by the City.
