*4- <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 7667 <br /> kESHO <br /> C1.Council approval is based on the entire record, above Findings. <br /> C2.The approved project shall conform to the survey dated 01/20/2026 by Premier Land <br /> Surveying LLC, and the building plans provided by the Applicants and annotated by City <br /> staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibits A & B. <br /> C3.The Applicant shall plant two (2) native trees within the 75-foot shore setback to mitigate <br /> the impacts of the additional mass of the home within the lake setback. The placement <br /> of the trees shall be shown on a survey or landscape plan submitted with the building <br /> permit and shown in a location that will provide screening of the home from the lake. <br /> C4.Any amendments to the plans that do not conform to City codes may require additional <br /> review by the Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> C5.Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property, not with the Applicant, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br /> construction and commencing construction of said project. A building permit must be <br /> obtained within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire on <br /> that date (February 23, 2027). <br /> C6.Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br /> may result in the termination of any authority granted herein. <br /> ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this 23rd day of February 2026. <br /> ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO: <br /> Christine Lusian, ity Clerk Bob Tunheim, Mayor <br /> 5 <br />
