Box66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />Dear Ms Mabusth: <br />In reference to the Newman application we intend to propose to do the following <br />work: <br />Move the dock and canopy to a conforming location. <br />Remove the existing non-conforming sections of deck at the lake shore. <br />Add a connecting deck walk over to the new dock location. <br />Add a course of riprap to the existing riprap. <br />Install sand behind riprap on shoreline, approximately 6 cubic yards. <br />Plant native grasses to stabilize the area behind the riprap. <br />The plan included with the application delineates the detail of this proposal.
