Shoreline maintenance work approved per Gustafson proposal. <br />2. Patio block may remain 'as-is' under proposed sand layer. <br />3. Remove platform deck as proposed. <br />4. Construct walkway from existing stairway to new dock location at a width not to exceed <br />£ (5' was proposed). <br />The dissenting voter indicated it was her opinion the patio blocks should not remain in place under <br />the sand layer. <br />Applicant is advised to contact the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District regarding permits which <br />may be required for this project. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Council, Monday, October 9, 1995; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from <br />the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br />lsv
