The property owner(s) have <br />applied for one or more variances to the Zoning Code to construct a new residence. <br />The Planning Commission will hold a pubic hearing on: <br />September 21, 1998 at 6:30 p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway in Orono, Minnesota. <br />Any party may appear at the hearing in person, by agent or attorney. A draft copy of <br />the Planning Commission agenda is enclosed.
