In the 75-250' setback, rock and plastic including the all rock area south of the <br /> gazage (1,004 sq. ft.) to be removed as shown in Exhibit B, to reduce hardcover <br /> from 43.47% to 28.5%. <br /> 3. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property not with the <br /> applicants, but are pernussive only and must be exercised by application for a <br /> building permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance <br /> will expire on that date (July 13, 1999). � <br /> 4.
