Once finalized <br />architectural and final truss drawings are completed, these point loads should be evaluated <br />and may require the existing walls to be solidly grouted in these areas. <br />PROFESSIONAL OPINION <br />3. It is our professional engineering opmron that the existing foundation is structurally <br />adequate to support the proposed addition noted above and will meet the requirements of <br />the Code. <br />GENERAL <br />4. The information, observations, and op1rnons stated in this report are based on the <br />preliminary architectural drawings and the site visit noted above. The general contractor <br />shall inspection the existing materials, observing all structural elements during construction <br />to ensure the exposed and hidden materials are in adequate condition. If any structural <br />element is found to be deteriorated or damaged, contact Ulteig immediately. <br />5. The observations and opinions expressed in this report were based on our professional <br />engineering judgment and professional practice. <br />6. All work shall be done in accordance with this document, standard industry practices, and <br />the requirements of the Code. <br />7. No other engineering was performed or requested for this project.
