June 16, 2009 <br />Steve Moseley <br />1635 Bohns Point Rd <br />Wayzata MN, 55391 <br />Re: Foundation Review <br />1635 Bohns Point Rd <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />Energy I Water I Built-Environment <br />Ulteig Project No. 09.01410 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />The purpose of this letter is to report the findings of a structural engineering review of the <br />existing foundation of a single family residence to support the proposed remodel and <br />addition of engineered attic trusses. <br />ASSIGNMENT <br />Ulteig Engineers has been retained to provide a structural engineering review of the existing <br />foundation condition of a single family residence located at 1635 Bohns Point Road in <br />Wayzata, MN as directed by the owner, Steve Moseley. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The homeowner is planning to tear off the existing first floor walls and roof and remodel the <br />space with new attic trusses above with a bonus room built within the trusses.
