It has two levels. The lower level is below <br />grade but not far enough to be considered a basement. The second garage stall was added in <br />1967. In 1975 a hardcover and lake setback variance was granted (zoning application #8) to <br />allow the garage stalls to be lengthened ( on the side away from the lake) by nine feet and an
