Below is list of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete <br />the review of your application. <br />□ Updated survey showing existing and proposed site conditions on the property including 2' <br />contour elevations. This is to determine all site grading for the development of the property. <br />□ Hardcover calculations, to be completed by the surveyor for the 0-75' lakeshore setback, 7 5- <br />250' setback, and 250-500' setback. <br />Application #02-2806 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit all <br />items requested above by Tuesday, July 2, 2002 to remain on the July 15, 2002 Planning <br />Commission agenda.
