<br />The Planning Commission will hold
<br />public hearings in the Council Chambers .
<br />at 2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday,
<br />August 19, 20,02 , beginning at 6:30 p.m .
<br />on the matter of reviewing the following
<br />land use applications:
<br />1. #02-2806 David and Lynne
<br />Teckman, 1625 Bohns Point Road,
<br />request variances for average lakeshore
<br />setback and to permit hardcover greater
<br />than 25% within the 75-250' lakeshore
<br />setback to permit construction of a new
<br />residence on the property located in the
<br />LR-1B zoning district, and a conditional
<br />use permit to permit plumbing within an
<br />accessory structure.
<br />2. #02-2807 Bob Carlson on behalf
<br />of Jyland Homes, 2260 Fox Street,
<br />requests a conditional use permit to per-
<br />mit plumbing within an accessory struc-
<br />ture and a variance to permit the acces-
<br />sory structure closer to the street than the
<br />principal structure.

<br />to permit an encroachment into the aver-
<br />age lakeshore setback to permit construe-

<br />requests a variance to penmit a sign
