The project would also reduce algae growth and pond odors . <br />The qurrent app r cation involves the dredging of approximately 80 cubic yards of <br />debri s and sediment from the south shoreline of pond. No expansion of pond area <br />is proposed. <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />1. Section 10 .03, Subdivision 19 -Conditional use permit required for excavation or dredging <br />within designated wetland. <br />2. Section 10 .55 , Subdivision 8 -Prohibition.
