Application in·,rolves the dredgi.ng of a designated wetlands <br />requiring both 2 conditional use permit and variance. <br />2. The applica~ion to dredge the pond was approved by M.C.W.D. at <br />their meeting of 7/16/87 (Exhibit D) subject to the City of Orone <br />approval. Note the remaining items in that approval were tabled. <br />Since thtit review both the Public Works Department and M.C.W.D. have <br />worked togetl~nr to arprove the raising of the culvert elevation to the <br />930 elevation. The maximum depth of <br />the pond is proposed .:1t a 12 feet depth with outer ring areas at 10 to 5 <br />feet of depth. Slopes wj 11 be at a 3:1 ratio. The culvert has not bern <br />raised to the 930 elevation .:1s yet but will be completed with the pond <br />dredging. The present rlcv~tion at 929? allows lake water to flow from thr <br />east through culvert to pond.
