That part of Lot 4, North Shore Cottage Acres, Lake Minnetonka, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing <br />at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 4, thence South along the East <br />line thereof a distance of 350 feet; thence at right angles Westeiiy <br />80 feet; thence Northwesterly 499. 2 feet, more or less, to a poini <br />in the Northwesterly line of said Lot 4 distant 108 feet Southwest- <br />erly along said Northwesterly line from the most Northerly corner <br />of said Lot 4; thence Northeasterly 108 feet to said most Northerly <br />corner of Lot 4. thence Southeasterly along the Northerly line of <br />Lot 4 to the point of beginning. Also an easement of right of way <br />for road over a strip of land 30 feet wide running from the South- <br />westerly line of Lot 4 to the Southwesterly line of land actually <br />conveyed, the Southeasterly line of said 30 foot easement being des- <br />cribed as follows: Commencing at most Northerly corner of Lot S. <br />said addition, and running Northeasterly to a point in the Southwest- <br />erly line of land actually conveyed, distant 87. 9 feet Northwesterly <br />along said line from a point 80 feet West at right angles from the <br />Southeasterly corner of land actually conveyed. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all the heredita- <br />meats and Appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to <br />the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. And the said <br />party of the first part, for himself, his successors and assigns, promises and <br />agrees, to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, <br />that he had not made, done, committed, executed or suffered any act or acts, <br />thing or things, whatsoever, whereby, or by means whereof, the above men- <br />tioned or described premises, or any part or parcel thereof, now are, or at <br />any time hereafter. shall or may be impeached, charged or incumbered in <br />any manner whatsoever. <br />The said party of the first part has exec .ed this deed solely in nis <br />capacity of Trustee pursuant to said Court Order aforesaid, and without any <br />liability or responsibility «uatsoever in his individual capacity. <br />(The State Deed Tax due hereon is $20.90.) <br />
