Inasmuch as <br />we are in no way seeking any amendment which would affect the <br />Hannahs and Mr. Stewart, I do not see how Mr. Mitchell's absence <br />will play in any part in the decision. The amendment to Resolution <br />No. 851 which ii sought herein is set forth in my March 10, 1980 <br />letter. It consists of only two matters. One, deleting the require- <br />ments with respect to reaching an agreement on easements and two, <br />creating a lakeshore set back line similar to that enjoyed by the <br />former Becker house.
