Multi- <br />use would allow three boats, one each for Mr. Hannah, <br />Mr. Rhode and fir. Stewart. State law would prevail <br />which governs harbor limits and define docks as <br />an accessory structure. Orono is not condoning <br />existing easement or granting vested rights to <br />anyone.
