Box 5O <br />Crystal Bay, MI-ivi rota 55323 <br />[)car Hank: <br />Regarding your question with respect to the conditions of <br />the cottage on the property adjacent to mine, I would like <br />to point out that there is a hazardous excavation to be <br />filled or bulldozed over; and secondly, there is debris <br />littering the area including some lumber, m-scellaneous <br />plumbing fixtures, and broken glass. <br />Fred Rogers had the huuse torn down to the ground last sum- <br />mer which helped a great deal, but the job was not com- <br />pleted. Fred had to leave for an assignment in Colorado; <br />otherwise, I am sure he would have completed the job pro- <br />perly. <br />Fred Rogers is a good friend of mine and is very coopeva- <br />tive.
