He will submit a revised proposal <br />in approximately one month. <br />Pesek moved, NkDonald seconded, that this matter be tabled <br />until the necessary data is submitted. 1-16tion - Ayes (4), <br />Nays (0) . <br />(L' <br />Mr. Which stated that no application has been submitted. <br />However, he will continue to keep this item on the agenda. <br />The Planning Coemission reviewed the revised proposal. <br />The members were concerned about the extent of Ha (Hamel) <br />soil on Lots 6, 7 and 8. They suggested a combination of <br />Lots 6 and 7 as one parcel to provide adequate area for <br />a septic system. Mr. Levering stated that he would be <br />willing to combine these two lcts with the understanding <br />that he could split this lot at a future date. The <br />Planning Commission was also concerned whether or not <br />Lot 8 could support an on -site septic system. After <br />some discussion, the Commission determined the area of <br />qualifying soils was adequate, but the location was <br />questionable.
