UTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1974 <br />Mr. Fred Rogers, 3175 North Shore Drive, <br />requested to be removed from the agenda at <br />this time. <br />Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to grant the <br />variance for Fred Rogers, 1410 Bohn's Point <br />Road, conditioned on the following recommenda- <br />tions of the October 15, 1974 Planning <br />Commission Minutes: <br />1. No other variance but lot size and width be <br />allowed. <br />2. The present house be lazed by August 1, 1975. <br />3. The barn be razed as soon as a new residence <br />is constructed. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br />division for Charles Schoen, 1225 Briar Street, <br />to transfer 12' from Monterey to Block 3, Max- <br />wells, for the sole purpose of allowing a <br />garage to be built, conditioned on combination <br />of parcels after division. Motion, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0) . <br />Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to grant a variance <br />for Russell Wenkstern, 645 North Arm Drive, of <br />15' from the required 75' lakeshore setback. <br />Notion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the <br />division for Dr. fd. ff. Yokoyama, 2675 Shadywood <br />Road, conditioned on both lots using the same <br />curb -cuts on Shadywood Road and stipulating <br />that all water and sewer assessments are paid <br />on both lots. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Kr. Samuel ffarfiele, Scotch Pine Lane, requested <br />to be removed from the agenda at this time. <br />Welsh moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the <br />building permit for Mr. Gary Dack, 4035 Dahl <br />Road. Motion, Ayes (5)- Nays (0) . <br />Representatives of the T.H.G. Investment Corp. <br />appeared before the City Cozmcil to discuss their <br />proposed development at Watertown Road and County <br />Road 06. It was agreed by all parties concerned <br />that -the status of the rerouting of Hennepin <br />County Highway #6 in conjunction with the proposed <br />ring route was a factor and that the Hennepin County <br />Highway Department was involved at this time with <br />developing a plan to acquire right-of-ways in this <br />area.
