I will <br />take each separately. <br />Tract G, RLS 269 has 0.49 acre of the required one acre. The area <br />will be sewered in the near future and is the list of seven lots <br />in this subdivision all substantially the same size. These lots are <br />serviced by a private easement. <br />Parcel 1210, Sec. 9 is 100' X approximately 240' or 24,000 ' of the <br />required one acre. This will be serviced with the same sewer project <br />in the near future and is also serviced by the same private easement. <br />There is an old residence can it that would have to he razed. I would <br />recommend approval on these two lots. <br />
