Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, Minnesota 55323 <br />Reference: Notice of Planning Commission Action - March 16, 1987 <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />This letter will confirm our earlier telephone conversation in which <br />we discussed Lf,, Notice of Planning Commission Action" taken at the <br />March 16, 1987, meeting. <br />The addition of the special conditions are a concern to us. Our con- <br />cern is that the conditions are vague in nature and open ended, and <br />will certainly have the potential to delay action on our application. <br />The most expeditious exchange of information related to the added items <br />could have been accomplished at the Commission Meeting. Delays caused <br />by transmittal and acceptance of information regarding our Conditional <br />Use Permit will impact of 1987 work effort. <br />In our telephone conversation you acknowledged that the four (4) <br />special conditions listed on the "Notice" were taken from an office <br />memo and/or last year's permit and were not discussed at the March 16, <br />1987, meeting. May I request that the March 17, 1987, "Notice" be <br />amended or re -issued to accurately report the discussion and action <br />taken by the Orono Planning Commission at their March 16, 1987, meeting? <br />in addition, please send me a certified copy of the official Planning <br />Commission minutes. <br />
