Septic facilities and water supply shall be portable, such method <br />to be reviewed by the Orono staff. Garbage collection shall be <br />provided on a regular basis. <br />8. Provide current certificate of insurance coverage. <br />9. Materials not able to be burned will be stored in an area approved <br />by the Orono staff until "ice in", at which time the debris will be <br />hauled off the island. The Orono staff shall be advised if applicant <br />plans to use a barge for removal of debris during the summer months as <br />stability of ice this past winter prevented removal by trucks. <br />10. Applicant to provide a list of persons with authority for this <br />year's cleanup program providing addresses and telephone numbers. <br />11. The fire inspector will require 48 hour notice prior to <br />inspection of a burn site. A permanent burn site sh-uld be selected <br />for burning of brush and other approved materials, such site to be <br />approved by the fire inspector. The burn of such materials at a <br />permanent approved burn site will n(- require an inspection but will <br />require a burning permit. The fire in -Rector shall review methods of <br />fire control/protection prior to contrc " ed burns in 1987. <br />12. Big Island Veteran's Camp shall be limited to 2 permanent slips <br />at the existing dock for the overnight mooring of 2 camp owned boats. <br />Applicant must seek approval from LMCD for temporary use of slips. <br />13. The cleanup program shall be limited to the following activitie.: <br />a) razing and burning of buildings; <br />b) cleaup and burning of debris/brush. <br />14. Any activities conducted on the property not covered by this <br />permit or not meeting the original intent of this temporary permit <br />shall result in the immediate termination of said permit and all <br />activities approved therein. <br />15. Violation of or rion-compliance with any of the terms and condi- <br />tions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning <br />code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and <br />shall be punishable as a misd?meanor. <br />1.6. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees <br />to `he terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, <br />su •essors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this <br />re, lution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
