Cite of ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL t NO. 2. The deck tennis court shall not be used by the owner or guests of owner after 10:00 p.m. 3. Applicant must obtain a permit from the Public Works Department prior to the creation of a new curb cut. 4. Applicant must obtain a building permit for the installation of a dock. A permit for the dock will not be issue] until a certificate of occupancy has been issued for new residence. 5. Applicant is placed on notice that the property is considered a through lot and that future accessory structures will require a conditional use permit and that these structures must meet a 50 feet setback from both front/rear street setback lines. 6. ,applicant must submit payment of fee for a condi-Lional use permit of $100.00 for proposed accessory structures on a thro•igh lot. 1. Applicant must submit payment of a pa.-k %ee of $350.00 for an existing undeveloped lot rang4ng in area from 1 to 1.9 acres at the time a building permit is issued for new resdence. 8. Authorities granted by this resolution :-un •..rith the property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be exercised by .application for 1. building permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or the special conditions of this resolution will expire on that date (April 13, 1988). 9. Violatir-n )f or non-compliance with any of the terms and condi- tions of this resolution stall constitut,2 a violation of the zoning code, shall autamati.cally terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. 10. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, -cessors and assigns, herety agrees to the recording of this solution in the chain of title of ti;e property. ]adopted by the Orono City Council on this 13th day of April, 1987.
