Given additional supportive information from applicant, a side setback variance is not necessary. 2. General concensus is that hardcover in 75-250' zone must not increase above existing 46.7%, and a net decrease to the 35-40% level would be very appropriate. 3. Planning Commission members do not agree as to the importance of or encroachment upon sight lines as related to the room addition extending into the average lakeshore setback, however, general feeling was that an upward extention or building over existing deck Night be more reasonable. 4. Staff to review drainageway between applicants and property to the south. 5. Applicants to meet with staff to consider alternatives and potential hardcover tradeoffs. This has been scheduled at your request tentatively for 8:00 A.M. on Monday, February 23, 1987, at the City offices.
