MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD MARCH 30, 1987 <br />qb <br />ATTENDANCE 7:01 P.M. <br />The Orono Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Mayor Grabek, Councilmembers <br />Goetten, Petersen, Sime, and Callahan. The following <br />represented the City staff: City Administrator <br />Bernhardson, Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson, <br />Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth, Assistant <br />Planning & Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and City <br />Recorder Peterson. City Engineer Cook and City Attorney <br />Barrett were also present. <br />CONSENT AGENDA* <br />It was moved by ('t.unci lmember Sime, seconded by <br />Cou--iciImember Goetten, to approve the Consent Agenda* <br />subject to .removal of the following items: <br />#6 -41114 bracken - requested by Callahan <br />#17-Spring Clean Up Days - requested by Peterson <br />#21-Licenses - requested by staff <br />Motion, Ayes S, Nays 0. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - C.D.B.G. YEAR XIII <br />Mayor Grabek stated that the public hearing notice wa:: <br />not published as required, therefore this matter must be <br />tabled until the April 27, 1987 Council meeting. He <br />asked for comments from the public. <br />Gary Printup, 1261 Briar St., stated that the previous <br />Council agreerl to consider using C.D.B.G. funds for any <br />Crystal Bay sewer applications. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained that the <br />applications are currently at the County level being <br />considered for discretionary funds, of which results may <br />not be known for another few weeks. These discretionary <br />funds are monies left over from previous years of CDBG <br />funds not spent, <br />Ther, were no other comments from the public at this <br />time, <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson, to reschedule the public hearinq regardinq use <br />of Year XIII C.D.B.G. funds. Motion, Ayes S, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL, OF MINUTES* <br />it was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to approve the Minutes from the <br />March 17, 1987 Council meeting as submitted. Motion, <br />Ayes r-, Nays 0. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no comments from the public. <br />
