West Hennepin Pioneers Association Letter 3/27/87 <br />ISSUE - Update of information from West Hennepin Pioneer Museum <br />regarding their programs. <br />INTRODUCTION - As noted in Attachment A the West Hennpin Pioneer <br />Association has requested they be placed on the agenda to discuss <br />their programs with the Council. It should be noted that the <br />Council has annually budgeted $500.00 to their programs and will <br />be submitting to them $500.00 as part of the 1987 budget once <br />they have submitted the City an invoice for the money. The <br />Pioneer Museum does like to discuss this matter with the Council <br />to update them on their programs and respond to any questions <br />well in advance of the 1988 budgeting process, which commences in <br />July. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , to accept the <br />information from West Hennepin Pioneers Association and tha' <br />their annual request be included in the budgeting process fo, <br />1988.
