HI' MI <br />'•A`I 1 1 <br />WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Private Industry Council recognizes the <br />importance of promoting economic devc Anent opportunities which result <br />in the creation of suitable jobs for ec.,-omically disadvantaged persons; <br />and <br />wBEEEAS. the Hennepin County Private Industry Council has Earticipated in <br />the preiiminary development of the Hennepin Economic Resources <br />Organization (HERO) for the purpose of promoting a small business <br />incubator/accelerator facility; <br />WHEREAS, further development of HERO is dependent upon the creation of a <br />capital budget and operating fund; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hennepin County Private Industry <br />Council allocate $15,000.00 to a development fund, contingent upon <br />acceptance of the HERO business plan, to be used to finance fund raising <br />activities; and <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that <br />the Planning and Evr.uation subcommittee <br />review the <br />HERO Business Plan <br />and make a recommendation <br />relative to <br />acceptance <br />for ratification by the Council at the March 1987 <br />meeting. <br />Business Plane Hero i,' 15!E7:RSA:05 <br />
