We have for sometime been attempting <br />to determine a way to develope that property, however, based <br />on soil reports from our soil engineers the conditions of the <br />roils, water tables and the 1 v arr unsuitable for septic tank <br />use and therefore, make devel.,,-ent all intents and purpises <br />impossible. <br />On behalf of Zachary Development Corporation, we would like to <br />have the opportunity to be heard and to present arguments in <br />favor of including the property w.Iich we are now purchasing <br />within the sewered utility area.
